Walmart is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its Contact Center Business Excellence (CBE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational reports, conducting data analysis, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, combining in-office collaboration with remote work options.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst II – Power BI at Walmart, you will:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational metrics.
- Conduct data and business analysis, presenting findings to management in a clear and actionable format.
- Create and maintain accurate agent databases across all stages (hiring, training, nesting, production, and movement between LOBs).
- Design and manage agent scorecards to track and report on KPIs.
- Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time.
- Develop MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Collaborate with team managers and management to establish strong relationships and deliver industry-leading insights.
- Prepare professional slide packs for presentations.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
- Option 2: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
