Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist at BCG, you will:
- Provide on-site and remote technology support for various platforms and devices, including PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
- Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory to deliver 1st/2nd line IT support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues received via phone or the IT Service Management tool, ServiceNow.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and creating end-user guides.
- Support video conferencing and telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless communication for key users.
- Prepare and deploy laptops for staff, including user profile configuration and data migration.
- Manage hardware asset tracking and inventory to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate on global and local IT projects, contributing to operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with cloud file-sharing platforms and basic LAN/IP networking.
- Familiarity with SCCM or imaging software.
