Key Responsibilities
As a Research Trainee – Analytical Sciences at Colgate-Palmolive, you will:
- Conduct stability studies on oral care, personal care, and home care formulas.
- Manage stability chambers and ensure thorough documentation as per ALCOA# and cGMP## practices.
- Monitor laboratory and chamber area temperatures daily.
- Verify and calibrate basic analytical equipment regularly.
- Perform raw material analysis to establish/design specifications.
- Complete water testing and coordinate with third-party labs for external analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory norms.
