Key Responsibilities

- Support ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers by providing well-structured data mappings.
- Work closely with configuration teams and DBAs to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform research and requirement analysis to improve existing processes.
- Present findings to stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Identify best practices and suggest improvements for data handling and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this Data Analyst role, candidates must have:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare IT, or related fields.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Healthcare/business knowledge in areas like member eligibility, claims processing, TPL, or pharmacy claims.
- Strong SQL skills (querying, optimization, data transformation).
