Genpact is seeking a dynamic and proactive Management Trainee to join its team. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for post-audit activities, identifying recovery opportunities, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with supervisors and clients to resolve complex issues and contribute to the organization’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee – Pricing & Promotions / Supply Chain at Genpact, you will:
- Identify Recovery Opportunities: Analyze historical customer behaviors to identify invalid deductions and convert them into recovery opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Leverage defined methods to cleanse and investigate data, delivering actionable insights aligned with business needs.
- Process Improvement: Share Leakage Prevention insights with supervisors to implement changes that reduce deductions and improve efficiency.
- Team Development: Train and mentor team members to build a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with supervisors and clients to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Special Projects: Support senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Pricing & Promotions:
- Validate deductions related to price changes and trade promotions.
- Identify leakages in the value chain and work with stakeholders to correct them.
Supply Chain:
- Validate non-trade deductions such as shortages, damaged deliveries, and invoice errors.
- Review discrepancies with Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) from multiple customer warehouses and carriers.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Relevant experience in the Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) domain.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with specific time constraints.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pricing & Promotions:
In-depth knowledge of Trade Promotions, Pricing, and Invoice-to-Cash processes in CPG, Healthcare, or Food industries.
Supply Chain:
Expertise in non-trade deductions and Invoice-to-Cash processes in CPG, Healthcare, or Food industries.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP.
- Exposure to Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Previous team lead or managerial experience.
