Key Responsibilities
As a Desktop Support Engineer at Zycus, you will:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft products, including Windows 7/8/10, Outlook, MS Office, and other business applications.
- Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Migrate and deploy desktops and laptops as per company standards.
- Communicate with overseas customers and resolve desktop-related issues using remote tools like MS Teams, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
- Support desktop maintenance, security updates, and patch management.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to address IT-related concerns.
- Ensure high adoption of IT tools and systems across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Â Basic knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting.
